Payment is required via Credit Card or Paypal. TopKnot Girl will not be responsible for any costs associating with bank fees or exchange rates.

All pricing of products and for shipping on our website will appear in Australian dollars. Pricing may be subject to change without notice. Prices include GST.

Returns + Exchanges
Please read all product descriptions and "styles and sizing" guide before making your purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund for change your mind or unsuitability of your purchase. We do not offer an exchange or refund on sale items.
If your product has a fault, we will happily replace the item, please email us to discuss.
If you have ordered the wrong size, we will gladly exchange your item for the correct size, as long as these conditions are met:
Postage back to us, and postage for the replacement product is at your own expense (this may include an invoice from us for the shipping charge of the replacement item/s).
The returned product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with any tags still attached.
Items will be inspected before an exchange is issued.

All of our Headwear is made to order, usually within 2-5 business day of placing your order. Longer times may occur during seasonal restocks, sales and events.
Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $8 within Australia (or FREE for orders over $50) and a flat rate of $15 internationally. These prices include a tracking number, and a signature on delivery for our domestic customers.
Upon dispatch, your tracking details will be emailed to you from Australia Post. Please keep these handy for checking on your order.
We also offer Express Shipping for $10 on domestic orders only. Your order will have a tracking number and signature on delivery.
*please note that on occasion, time frames may be delayed - eg; school holidays, public holidays, restock, new product launches, etc.
International customers take on the responsibility for any customs related charges associated with goods arriving in their country.
Orders are made and dispatched from Port Macquarie, on the Mid-North Coast in NSW Australia.
Approximate delivery times are as follows;
NSW - 2-6 Business days
QLD & VIC - 5-6 Business days
SA - 6-7 Business days
WA & NT - 7-10 Business days
International - 10-21 Business days
*These times are from when your items are dispatched (not from when the order is placed), and are only an estimate.
Please make sure your details are correct at checkout, The address and email you provide are used for the dispatch of your order and are uploaded automatically into our postal system.
If your parcel is unclaimed or returned to us for any reason, we will contact you once we receive the parcel. Australia Post charges us a fee to send unclaimed mail back to us (approx $10 for domestic parcels and more internationally). We are happy to resend your parcel, however postage costs (including the return fee) are the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is preferred, the postage fees and charges will be deducted before the final amount is credited.
We are happy to combine multiple orders for you, to save on shipping costs. If you've placed an order, and wish to add something else, please place a new order. Once the multiple orders have been placed, please email us with the order numbers that you're wanting to combine.
As long as an order hasn't already been dispatched, we are happy to manually combine the orders for you, and process a postage refund if necessary.

Subscribe to our Mailing List to receive a special VIP code of 10% off, available to VIP's to use any time! This code excludes sale, gift boxes + value packs.
Sometimes, we have other special offers that may require discount codes (storewide sale, gift with purchase etc). During these times, our VIP offer may not be available. Only one code can be used per transaction.
Discount codes can exclude some items.
The discount code section is at the checkout, not on the cart page. Add products to your cart, once you've shopped, click the checkout button. You'll then be redirected to the checkout page. Once on the checkout page, look for the box under your order summary (list of the items you're purchasing). It'll say 'Gift card or discount code'. Add your code there.
